I’ve recently jumped back on the workout wagon. It has been a wagon that has been easy for me to tumble from time and time again! I guess I should stick with, as they say, no matter how many times you fall….keep getting back up. I haven’t given up completely so I guess that’s a good sign.
Cleaning up my eating habits is the roughest part for me. But I honestly believe once you fuel your body with good foods, the workout part is so much easier.
So for now, here is my FAVORITE low-calorie granola breakfast. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and absolutely no time to enjoy! It’s actually one of the healthy meals that I haven’t gotten sick of repeatedly eating. Just swap the fruit or flavor of greek yogurt. Seriously that simple!
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola (most granola is around the same calorie count
- 1 cup berries or 1 banana, sliced
Delicious and filling.
